Happy Holidays everyone! Here in Los Angeles, we're still enjoying bikini beach days, so sometimes it's hard to get into the Christmas mindset. Store windows with fake pine trees in them just don't really mesh with the Palm tree lined sidewalks outside.
One place in Southern California that does make me feel like Christmas though is the Disneyland resort. Each land is decorated for Christmas in it's own unique way, and Characters and cast members are in holiday garb. They also have a holiday parade and Santa meet and greets in both parks and in the three different Disney hotels. Oh, and did I mention the gingerbread houses? The large scale, edible, gingerbread houses?? You can find them in the hotels, both parks, and even on some rides! Just follow your nose to find them!
S and I started our holiday break with a multi-day trip to the resort last week. While there, I tested out a NEW product from My Curlifornia: A microfiber hair towel! It's super comfortable, absorbent, and is an amazing new addition to my hair care routine. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first tried it, or if I even needed it (since I already get such amazing results just from the MyCurlifornia hair serum), but I was completely sold when I first took the towel off. My hair came out wavy instead of curly and was more relaxed than if I had just let my hair air dry.
I now use it instead of my hair dryer when I want to use my curling iron. I used to spend half an hour or longer drying my hair before using a hot curling iron on it... and I still wouldn't get the style I was aiming for. My hair wouldn't dry evenly which caused pieces of it to curl well and others to puff up with frizz thanks to left over moisture. The new microfiber towel from MyCurlifornia absorbs all of the moisture from my hair and relaxes it before I even curl it, giving my hair a more put together look that stays that way all day.

S and I enjoyed getting into the holidays with a trip to the Disneyland resort, but we're loving being home with our family now even more. Where is your favorite place to celebrate the Holidays? Comment below!
