Zion was experiencing some crazy weather while we were visiting. Strong winds and and sudden rain encouraged us to choose the Pa'rus trail over Angel's landing. The Pa'rus trail is 3.3 miles long and connects to the Watchman campgrounds, which is where we were staying for two nights! We took multiple rides up and down the trail Thursday and Friday searching for wildlife and admiring the superbloom.
The Pa'rus trail follows along a river, which means you're bound to run into the occasional mosquito! Thats why I brought my "No Fly Zone" pull over!! It has an completely odorless fabric treatment that fends off lil buggers like mosquitos and ticks.
I'll never forget three summers ago when I went backpacking with my dad in the Sierras. We were planning on staying a few nights but the mosquitos were so bad we could barely stand one! After that I REALLY appreciate bug repellent clothing. You can always use another layer while camping...
My yoga leggings are from VSX but I'm looking for new brands! I'm doing the whole "cruelty free" thing now and unfortunately they test their beauty line on animals. Comment below any running tight suggestions (I also boycott lulu lemons xo )
